The client’s ambition was to reimagine a tired interior into a calm, luxurious home tailored to modern living. The scope of the apartment refurbishment encompassed new bathrooms, an upgraded kitchen, bespoke wardrobes, wide-plank oak flooring, and a complete decorative overhaul. Each room needed to feel functional yet refined, offering smart storage and a sense of flow throughout. The brief emphasised a balance between bold design features — such as marble-effect bathrooms and sculptural lighting — and understated finishes that would stand the test of time.
What We Did
We began with structural adjustments and internal reconfiguration to improve the apartment’s layout and functionality. Mechanical and electrical systems were upgraded to support a high-specification finish, while new partitions and soundproofing ensured comfort and privacy.
The kitchen was fitted with integrated Miele appliances and a Quooker boiling-water tap, providing both convenience and a clean, contemporary aesthetic. Bathrooms became a defining feature of the project, finished with Villeroy & Boch tiles, Duravit sanitaryware, and fittings from Dornbracht and Hansgrohe AXOR — all combining to create a spa-like atmosphere.
Across living areas and bedrooms, bespoke joinery delivered practical storage, complemented by oak flooring for warmth and continuity. A decorative palette of Little Greene paints and textured wallcoverings introduced depth and sophistication, while striking chandeliers and pendant lighting brought a contemporary edge. The result was a scheme that felt harmonious, refined, and tailored to everyday living.
